Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or several failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged package and items for assessment.
